General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and deliveries of Meka Classic Engine Parts, a company specialized in classic car parts.
1.2. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only binding if agreed upon in writing.
1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other agreements, the provisions of the other agreements shall prevail.

Offers and Quotations
2.1. All offers and quotations from Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.
2.2. Meka Classic Engine Parts reserves the right to revoke or modify an offer or quotation until acceptance by the customer.

Agreement
3.1. An agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer or quotation from Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, by the customer.
3.2. Meka Classic Engine Parts reserves the right to refuse or cancel an agreement, in whole or in part, without stating reasons.

Delivery
4.1. The delivery times indicated by Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, are indicative and not binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
4.2. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Prices and Payment
5.1. All prices are exclusive of VAT and other levies unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Payment must be made within [number of days] days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.3. In case of late payment, the customer is automatically in default and owes interest on the outstanding amount.

Warranty
6.1. Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, guarantees that the delivered goods comply with the agreed specifications.
6.2. The warranty becomes void if the delivered goods have been modified, repaired, or improperly used.

Liability
7.1. Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, including consequential damages, arising from the use of the delivered goods.
7.2. The liability of Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, is at all times limited to the amount covered by the insurance.

Retention of Title
8.1. The delivered goods remain the property of Meka Classic Engine Parts, specializing in classic car parts, until full payment has been received.
